Account Opening on Sundays - “Extra Referral Reward” Programme
From 11 June 2023 to 2 July 2023 (“Promotion Period”), in addition to the existing reward1, existing personal customer of Chong Hing Bank (the “Bank”) can receive an “Extra Referral Reward” of HK$100 for each successful referral on account opening in Sheung Shui Branch of the Bank on Sundays during the Promotion Period.

Chong Hing Bank’s Account Opening on Sundays - “Extra Referral Reward” Programme - Terms and Conditions
| 1. | In addition to the "Existing Referral Reward" (see above), from 11 June 2023 to 2 July 2023 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"), eligible referrer (“Referrer”) (see Section 3) who has successfully referred a “Referee” (see Section 3 below) to open the Bank’s account in Sheung Shui Branch on Sundays, can enjoy a cash reward of HK$100 ("Extra Referral Reward"). | ||||||
| 2. | The Referrer of this Extra Referral Reward must be an existing personal customer of “Digital Banking” (i.e. Chong Hing Mobile Banking or Internet Banking Services) of the Bank who holds a savings account and/or current account (single authority) of the Bank. | ||||||
| 3. | Referrer should fulfill the “Eligibility” listed below to enjoy the Extra Referral Reward:

| 4. | Each Referrer may refer more than one Referee. The Extra Referral Reward for the eligible Referrer has no cap. Referrer and Referee cannot be the same person. Failure to become the eligible Referrer will not be notified by the Bank. | ||||||
| 5. | The Referee must provide the exclusive referral code of Referrer to the Bank staff for registration in the system during account opening. If the Referee does not provide or wrongly provide the referral code for registration during account opening, the Referrer will not be able to receive the Referral Reward. | ||||||
| 6. | Employees of the Bank are ineligible to join this Promotion. | ||||||
| 7. | Eligible Referrer shall maintain the Bank’s savings account and/or current account on or before 31 August 2023. The Referral Rewards granted by the Bank will be credited to any savings account or current account of the eligible Referrer with the Bank on or before 31 August 2023. | ||||||
| 8. | All Referral Rewards cannot be transferred, returned and exchanged for other rewards or converted into cash. | ||||||
| 9. | The Bank may from time to time suspend, vary or terminate the Promotion and the related offers and amend these terms and conditions without any notice. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to the Promotion, the eligibility of Referral Rewards and the related offers, including but not limited to the relevant rewards and offers of participants, shall be final and binding. | ||||||
| 10. | The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the Promotion, the related promotion and the reward, these terms and conditions and/or matters ancillary thereto. | ||||||
| 11. | The Promotion shall be available within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only. These terms and conditions including the Promotion are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. | ||||||
| 12. | For the terms and conditions of this Promotion, please refer to the relevant link. Please note that such information is only available for viewing or downloading on the Bank's website during the Promotional Period, and the Bank will not provide it in paper form. If you need it, please save the relevant information for future reference, otherwise you may not be able to view or download it again after the Promotion Period. | ||||||
| 13. | In case of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
