In February 2026, Customer A used a Chong Hing Credit Card at supermarkets, restaurants, and online shopping platforms, accumulated retail spending of HK$4,800. Additionally, the customer made a HK$200 payment at a department store via AlipayHK using the credit card.
Total Eligible Retail Spending: HK$5,000.
Transaction via AlipayHK entitles the customer to:
Basic Points + Bonus Points reward
200 Bonus Points (1X Basic Bonus Points) + 3,800 Bonus Points (Extra 19X Bonus Points)
= 4,000 points (20X Bonus Points) (equivalent to HK$20, equal to a 10% rebate)
Other retail spending entitles the customer to:
4,800 Bonus Points
