Notice of Amendment to Bank Service Charges

 

With effect from 1 November 2025, a paper statement fee of HK$5 per customer per month will be imposed on customers who continue to receive paper statement. Please visit any branch of the Bank in Hong Kong, call the Bank’s Customer Services Hotline at (852) 3768 6888 or click here for details of the related service charges.
