Notice on Update to Corporate Internet Banking Mobile Token Service

 

Thank you for using the Corporate Internet Banking Services and Corporate Mobile Banking Services (collectively, the "Corporate Internet Banking Services") of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank").  The Bank is committed to provide secure and efficient Internet banking services for customers. We hereby inform you that starting from 26 September 2025, the following updates will be implemented for activation/re-registration/transfer of Mobile Token Service in Corporate Internet Banking:

  • For user who is HKID holder and wish to activate/re-register/transfer the Mobile Token Service, e-ID verification will be required first.
  • For user who has incomplete user information and wish to activate/re-register/transfer the Mobile Token Service, submitting application form to update the user’s information will be required. They may proceed with the activation/re-registration/transfer of Mobile Token Service after the user’s information is updated.

The above mentioned user’s information completeness shall be subject to the Bank’s records. The above updates do not affect existing users who have activated Mobile Token Service. However, the above updates will be applied when users re-register/transfer their Mobile Token in the future.
