Manager, Electronic Banking


  • Manage and support day-to-day digital banking application and usage to personal and corporate banking
  • Participate in software development lifecycle process, prepare necessary project documentations, perform user acceptance test, arrange the logistics for new service rollout, provide training and conduct quality checking
  • Provide support to digital banking projects by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors as well as ensuring the compliance with relevant rules, regulations and ordinances
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to strengthen the competitiveness and user experience of digital banking services, suggest implementation plan to improve digital banking penetration rate and active ratio
  • Collect digital banking utilization statistics, conduct appropriate data analysis, compile management reports, and propose improvements


  • University graduate in e-Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Mobile and Internet Banking service support and development
  • Good understanding in digital banking services, related regulatory requirements, quality assurance, risk control and digital banking security
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and equipped with market intelligence
  • Good team player and independent contributor
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and high proficiency in written English and Chinese
