Counter Service Officer Trainee

 

You will undergo intensive development programme, including business orientation, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After the completion of the programme, you will be progressed to Counter Service Officer in our Branches for further development, subject to individual performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle counter financial transactions and balance daily transactions
  • Responsible for account opening and handling customers inquiries and complaints
  • Cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff


Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above with preferably 1 year of customer services experience
  • Customer-oriented with communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed
