Assistant Vice President, Retail Lending
Responsibilities:
- Initiate new product development and maintain existing product competitiveness to cope with the changing market demand
- Conduct regular review on end-to-end mortgage application flow to keep in line with market while within the compliance requirement
- Develop and maintain appropriate controls to ensure product/operation compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement
- Liaise with the Compliance & Legal Department to review and assess adequacy of relevant compliance control
- Launch promotion programs to aim at increasing mortgage sales revenue of the whole bank
- Make appropriate escalation of risk reporting in line with organizational procedures
- Take up special projects assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in product development and sales management in banking or finance institution
- Good knowledge in real estate loan or unsecured loan products is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication skills and self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
