Branch Operations (Assistant Manager / Manager / Assistant Vice President)


  • Supervise the counter services to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
  • Enhance customer services quality and assist in resolving customer complaints
  • Prevent misconduct by checking and monitoring the daily operations
  • Provide recommendation on the improvement of branch operation and work processes
  • Ensure the branch operates in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements


  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Retail Banking Operations
  • Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager, Branch Operations
