Voice Navigation ATMs

Our Bank Voice Navigation ATMs support voice navigation for basic transactions. By inserting an earphone into the machine to activate the voice navigation mode, you can withdraw cash, check account balances or change your ATM Card PIN.

JETCO "Cardless Cash Withdrawal Transaction"

Our ATM supports JETCO "Cardless Cash Withdrawal Transaction". You can simply withdraw cash by scanning the QR code on the Bank's ATM through the mobile app of other JETCO member banks without using an ATM card.

RMB Cash Withdrawal Services

With the valid "UnionPay Chong Hing Card" or "Chong Hing Card (Renminbi)", RMB Cash Withdrawal Services can be carried out at the designated ATM^#of the Bank

Notes:

1. "UnionPay Chong Hing Card" cash withdrawal up to HK$20,000 or equivalent per day.
2. "Chong Hing Card (Renminbi)" cash withdrawal up tp RMB20,000 per day.
3. Transfer up to available balance between accounts on the same "UnionPay Chong Hing Card".
4. Daily limit up to HK$30,000 per account for transfering to other Chong Hing Bank accounts.
5. Daily limit up to HK$10,000 per account for interbank transfer.
