  • Fund Transfer
    • Transfer funds to any same name accounts, or registered and non-registered third party accounts within the Bank.
    • Transfer funds to any registered and non-registered accounts of other banks via "Faster Payment System” (FPS) or CHATS.
    • Remit funds to registered and non-registered overseas accounts via Telegraphic Transfer.
    • Foreign Exchange
    • Support registration of third-party payee accounts when initiating transfer transaction.

What if I forgot my logon password?

A:

If you forgot your logon password and your user role is the Operator, the Administrator can help to reset the password.

If your user role is the Administrator/Approver, please visit any branch of the Bank in person for resetting the password.

What if I forgot my logon ID?

A:

If you forgot your logon ID, you can retrieve the logon ID by clicking "Forgot Logon ID" in the logon page, and follow the instructions to complete the verification of identity document, account number, security questions and answers and one-time password. After the verification, the logon ID will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

What precautions should be taken when using Corporate Mobile Banking Services?

A:

Avoid logging on to Corporate Mobile Banking Services via public Wi-Fi (wireless network) and Wi-Fi without encryption.

 

When logging on to Corporate Mobile Banking Services in public area, you should protect your password carefully. Certain device models may take some time to change the password into * format.

In case there is an incoming call when I am using the Corporate Mobile Banking Services, will the Corporate Mobile Banking session  automatically logout?

A:

It depends on the mobile device model you use. You may go back to the Mobile App and check if the logon session is still valid. Please note that our system will automatically terminate your Corporate Mobile Banking session after idling for around 15 minutes.

Do I need to close the Mobile App after logging out Corporate Mobile Banking Services?

A:

After logging out the Corporate Mobile Banking Services, you are advised to close the Mobile App at the same time.

A:

If you cannot open the Chong Hing Bank Mobile App on your mobile device:

1. Please try to restart your mobile device.

2. If the problem persists, please remove the Chong Hing Bank Mobile App installed in your mobile device, then download and install the Mobile App again.
