About Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking Services

 

1. What is it?

It is an online banking service provided by the Bank, which allows you to perform various banking transactions via the Internet anytime and anywhere.
2. What are the services available?
A:
Most banking services are available, for example:
  • Account Enquiry
  • Fund Transfer
  • Foreign Exchange
  • Bill Payment
  • Fixed Deposit
  • Credit Card Services
  • Cashier's Order / Demand Draft / Telegraphic Transfers and Cheque Book Application
3. Who can apply?
A:
All Chong Hing HKD Savings and Current Account holders of age 18 or above are eligible to apply. If you do not possess any Chong Hing HKD Savings or Current Account, you are welcome to open one at any of our branches.
4. Can I access it overseas?
A:
Yes. You can access it from anywhere in the world via the Internet.
5. Is there any service fee?
A:
There is no monthly and annual fee levied in using Internet Banking Services. However, service charges are applicable in some designated services.

How can I report loss of my ATM card through Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking?
A:
Use the following ways to report lost:

2. Select "Setting"
 
3. Click on the "Report ATM Card Loss" or "Report Credit Card Loss" button

1. Login
 
2. Select 'My Settings'
 
3. Click on the "Report ATM Card Loss" or "Report Credit Card Loss" button

After reporting loss of ATM card through Chong Hing Internet Banking/Mobile Banking, how to apply for the replacement ATM card?
A: For application of replacement ATM card, please visit any branch of the Bank in person.
   
(3) After reporting loss of credit card through Chong Hing Internet Banking / Mobile Banking, how do I apply for the replacement card?
A: For application of replacement Credit Card, please visit any branch of the Bank in person or call the Bank’s Credit Card Services Hotline at (852) 3768 8888.
  Important notes: If your Personalised Octopus Card with Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS) has been lost, please call the Lost Octopus Reporting Hotline at (852) 2266 2266 to report loss of your Octopus.
   
(4) Is it a 24-hour service for report loss of my ATM card/credit card through Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking / Mobile Banking?
A: Except during the system maintenance period, you can report loss anytime via Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking / Mobile Banking.
