As part of the Bank's efforts to enhance its services, the following services will be suspended from 1:00 am to 9:00 am on 24 October 2021 (Sunday) (Hong Kong Time) to facilitate a system upgrade. Customers are advised to make the necessary arrangements in advance. Affected services include:
| • | Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services (Bank website will not be affected) |
| • | SMS Notification Service including provision of one-time password (for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Credit Card transactions) |
| • | EPS/PPS Debit Services |
| • | Faster Payment System (FPS) |
| • | Credit Card Services |
