| 1. | 創興信用卡餅店節日消費禮遇(「優惠」)之優惠期為2021年9月7日至2021年9月22日,包括首尾兩日(「優惠期」)。 |
| 2. | 優惠只適用於持有由創興銀行有限公司 (「本行」) 發出的創興信用卡/創興聯營信用卡 (「創興信用卡」) 的主卡及附屬卡持卡人(「客戶」)。創興公司卡持卡人及本行員工不獲享此優惠。 |
| 3. | 客戶必須於優惠期內以創興信用卡於本地餅店單一簽賬滿本行指定金額方可具資格享有關優惠。「本地餅店簽賬」是指於香港的餅店,即根據VISA/Mastercard/銀聯卡組織之商戶編號被釐定為餅店(「本地餅店」)的港幣簽賬所進行並已誌賬的港幣合資格簽賬。為免產生疑問,以下類別的簽賬並不屬於本地餅店簽賬:設於百貨公司/超級市場/酒店/餐廳內的餅店專櫃、已被取消/正在進行索償/退貨及/或退款的簽賬或本行不時指定的其他類別簽賬。客戶的簽賬是否被界定為本地餅店簽賬,由本行全權及絕對酌情決定。本行的決定為最終決定,而該決定對所有客戶、持卡人及本優惠計劃參與者具有約束力。 |
| 4. | 每位創興信用卡主卡客戶於優惠期內最多可享額外6,000積分獎賞。客戶於不同的創興信用卡賬戶所累積的本地餅店簽賬將合併以計算優惠獎賞,並將獲發的獎賞於2021年12月31日或之前誌入至優惠期內於本地餅店簽賬累積消費金額最高之創興信用卡賬戶內。如適用的創興信用卡賬戶設有附屬卡,經附屬卡完成的本地餅店簽賬將被視為其主卡的本地餅店簽賬以計算優惠獎賞。 |
| 5. | 積分獎賞均不可兌換現金或服務,亦不得轉讓。如合資格客戶之適用獎賞計劃為「現金回贈」,額外積分獎賞將以0.5%之兌換率轉換為等值之現金回贈金額(如適用)。 |

| 1. | The promotion period of Chong Hing Credit Card Festival Bakery Spending privileges (“Privilege”) is from 7 September 2021 to 22 September 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |
| 2. | The Privilege is applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary card cardholders ( “Cardholders”) of Chong Hing Credit Cards/ Chong Hing Affinity Cards ( “Chong Hing Credit Cards”) issued by Chong Hing Bank Limited (the “Bank”). The Privilege is not available to cardholders of Chong Hing Corporate Card and all of the Bank staff members. |
| 3. | To be eligible to the Privilege, Cardholder is required to spend not less than the Bank’s designated amount under a single transaction during the Promotion Period at any Local Bakery shops with Chong Hing Credit Cards. “Local Bakery Spending” refers to all posted eligible spendings in Hong Kong Dollars at bakery shops in Hong Kong which are classified as bakery shops (“Local Bakery”) according to the merchant codes issued by VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay. For the avoidance of doubt, spendings of the following types of transactions do not fall under the scope of Local Bakery Spending: spendings at bakery consignment counters in department stores / supermarkets / hotels / restaurants, transactions that have been subject to cancellation / charge-back / return of goods and/ or refund or any other types of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time. The Bank has the rights at its sole and absolute discretion to decide whether Cardholder’s spending is classified as Local Bakery Spending, and the decision of the Bank is final and binding on all Cardholders, customers and participants of this promotion programme. |
| 4. | Each principal Cardholder of Chong Hing Credit Cards may earn up to a maximum of 6,000 extra bonus points reward during the Promotion Period. Local Bakery Spendings accumulated in different Chong Hing Credit Card accounts of a Cardholder will be combined for calculating the reward redemption of the Privilege, and the reward granted will be credited into the eligible Chong Hing Credit Card account on or before 31 December 2021 based on the highest cumulative Local Bakery Spending amount during the Promotion Period. If there is a supplementary card under the applicable Chong Hing Credit Card account, Local Bakery Spending under a supplementary card will be deemed as the Local Bakery Spending under its principal card for calculation of the reward redemption of the Privilege. |
| 5. | Bonus points are not redeemable for cash / services and are not transferable. Extra bonus points will be converted into cash rebate at the exchange rate of 0.5% if the applicable reward programme of an eligible Cardholder is under the “Cash Rebate” scheme. |
| 6. | Eligibility of any transactions for the reward purpose of this promotion programme shall be determined based on the transaction posting date and time in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and the Cardholder’s transaction record, the Bank’s record shall prevail (save for manifest error, breach, negligence or fraud of the Bank). All Local Bakery Spending transactions shall be based on the transaction dates and have to be completed during the Promotion Period. |
| 7. | After fulfilling the relevant spending requirements, the extra 3X bonus points reward granted will be credited to the relevant Credit Card account of the Cardholder on or before 31 December 2021 and will be shown in the card statement concerned. |
| 8. | These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed according to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) of the People’s Republic of China but the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) shall not apply to this promotion programme, its Privilege, relevant rewards or these terms and conditions. The Cardholders, customers and participants of this promotion programme acknowledge that they are subject to the Bank’s Notice to Customers and other Persons relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Personal Information Collection Statement and privacy policy statement of the Bank, which are available at the Bank’s website (www.chbank.com). |
| 9. | All fraudulent, unauthorised, cancelled or refunded transactions will not be regarded as eligible transactions under this promotion programme, and will not be eligible to any Privilege or bonus points reward. |
| 10. | To be eligible for the rewards, all the Cardholder’s credit card accounts shall be under normal operation, valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the granted bonus points are credited thereto. In the event of termination of a credit card account or the card account of the Cardholder with bad credit record , the reward granted will be forfeited or cancelled automatically forthwith without any notice. |
| 11. | The Bank reserves the right to change, suspend, terminate or cancel the Privilege, reward or to amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice, which shall be available at the Bank’s website (www.chbank.com). |
| 12. | The Bank will not be responsible for the availability and quality of the relevant products / services provided by the merchants with whom the Cardholders shall directly liaise for any complaint / dispute regarding the relevant products / services and / or transactions. |
| 13. | Cardholders must retain all original transaction sales slips. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request the Cardholder to provide the original transaction sales slip(s) and/ or such further original documentation or evidence for verification. All sales slips and/ or such further documentation or evidence submitted to the Bank will not be returned. |
| 14. | This promotion programme, reward of the Privilege and other relevant rewards are also subject to the Account Terms, terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreements of the Bank as may be updated from time to time. In the event and to the extent of any inconsistency, the priority of precedence shall be in the descending order of these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of relevant the Cardholder Agreements and Account Terms. |
| 15. | In case of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
| 16. | The promotion programme shall be available within Hong Kong only. |
| 17. | Cardholder may enjoy up to 4X Bonus Points Reward by spending HK$250 or above with Chong Hing Credit Card in a single transaction at Local Bakery shops during the Promotion Period , i.e. 4 bonus points will be rewarded for every HK$1 spending. |
| 18. | 4X Bonus Points Reward includes the basic rewards of 1X bonus points and extra 3X bonus points. A maximum of 6,000 extra bonus points reward may be earned during the Promotion Period. |
