The prizes are subject to limited quotas and first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

• After the eligible transaction is completed, then follow the instructions shown on the page to complete the lucky draw. The lucky draw result will be displayed on the page immediately.

Chong Hing Bank Mobile Banking Foreign Currency Exchange Lucky Draw - Terms and Conditions

The Mobile Banking Foreign Currency Exchange Lucky Draw Promotion Programme (“Promotion”) of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") is available from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025(both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”)

The Promotion is only available to personal customers of Chong Hing Mobile Banking ("Customers").

Within the Promotion Period, Customers are entitled to join the lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) once when they have successfully completed a single eligible transaction (“Eligible Transaction”, defined under clause 4 below) via Chong Hing Mobile Banking App. Each customer is entitled to join the lucky draw 2 times in total during the whole promotion period.

“Eligible Transaction” refers to successful foreign currency exchange of designated currency and amount (on a single transaction) conducted via Chong Hing Mobile Banking through the Customer’s HKD/Multi-currency/RMB account with the Bank during the Promotion Period (Please see Table 1).

The transaction date, time, exchange rate, exchange amount and other particulars of eligible transactions as well as the total foreign currency exchange transaction amount and counts are subject to the Bank’s records. In case of any disputes, The decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.. The Bank reserves the right to amend any calculation method of transaction amount at its sole discretion without prior notice to the customers. The Bank reserves the rights for final decision in case of any dispute under the Promotion (including without limitation for the Eligible Transaction, proper completion of the Lucky Draw procedure, the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) and such decision shall be final and conclusive.

Lucky Draw Procedures:
a) During the Promotion Period, Customers shall complete an Eligible Transaction via Chong Hing Bank Mobile Banking;
b) After completing the Eligible Transaction, click the“Enter the lucky draw” button immediately on the transaction completion page;
c) Complete the Lucky Draw according to the steps shown on screen;
d) The result and prize awarded will be shown instantly on screen;
e) Customers who win cash vouchers must redeem them within the validity period of the cash vouchers and redeem them to the Hong Kong dollar savings deposit account or Hong Kong dollar current account (designated account) they have chosen. Cash vouchers claimed after the expiration date will not be replaced or compensated.

Customers must complete the Lucky Draw immediately after completing the Eligible Transactions, otherwise such Lucky Draw chances will be cancelled or deemed as waived automatically and cannot be retrieved in all circumstances.

Lucky Draw Prizes (“Prizes”) include:

The above Prizes cannot be transferred, returned, changed to other gifts/gift vouchers, or converted into cash. The Bank reserves the right to offer an alternative prize as replacement of the Prizes without prior notice.

Customer’s current account or savings account, or multi-currency savings account with the Bank shall hold valid throughout the Promotion Period.

Customer shall have to remain as a customer of the Bank's e-Banking throughout the Promotion Period.

Transactions which are fraudulent, false, unauthorised, cancelled or rejected will not be treated as Eligible Transactions qualified for the Lucky Draw. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non-compliance by the Customers, failing which the Bank is entitled to cancel any award of Prize and not to offer the Prize to the winners concerned.

Customers are responsible for the data charges incurred by using Chong Hing Mobile Banking.

13.

The Lucky Draw procedures are conducted virtually online. If there are any technical or network failures which lead to the suspension, delay or termination of the Lucky Draw procedure, the Bank shall not be responsible in whatsoever manner.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion and the relevant terms and conditions without any notice.

15.

The Promotion is applicable within Hong Kong SAR only, and the ancillary matters including these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the Promotion, matters ancillary thereto and these terms and conditions.

16.

In case of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
