1. The above APRs (annualized percentage rates) and monthly repayments are calculated in accordance with the relevant guidelines as set out in the "Code of Banking Practice" and rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
2. The Bank reserves the final right to interpret the definition of professional occupations and the customer´s category shall be subject to variation at the Bank´s sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. Existing customers of the Bank are limited to those customers who have opened accounts before 1 October 2010.
