Through the "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Service, you can collect money from the participating bank's JETCO Pay app in Hong Kong.

Request Money
Through the "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Service, you can create a request for payment to the person(s) in the mobile phone book you want to receive money from.

Pay to Merchant

1. What are the services provided by "Chong Hing JETCO Pay"?
  • Send Money

Applying for "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Service
1. Who can apply this Service?

Internet Banking Services Personal Customers (Except joint accounts) can use Internet Banking Services login name and password with two-factor authentication to enable "Chong Hing JETCO Pay "Service.

Applying for Internet Banking Services
You can complete the "Internet Banking Application Form" and submit it in person to any of our branches.

Applying for two-factor authentication
You can complete "Chong Hing Internet Banking Services - Activate / Update / Deactivate Two-factor Authentication Service and Receive SMS-Based One-Time Passwords Form" and submit it in person to any of our branches.

2. What should I do if I forget my password?
  1. If you forget your password, you can apply through the "Reset Mobile Pin" function at Internet Banking.
  2. You will receive a notification from "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" App. Please tap notification or directly open "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" App to reset the Mobile PIN.
  3. Please reset Mobile PIN with the "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" App within 1 hour after instruction submitted.
3. Is there any service charge for using "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Services?

"Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Services is free of charge. However, customer may incur charges for your mobile internet connection provided by your telecommunications service provider. Please check with your telecommunications service provider for details.

4. Is there any daily transaction limits?

The daily maximum Small Value Transfer Limit is HK$5,000 in total.

To Send money
1. How to send money on "Chong Hing JETCO Pay"?
  • You will be able to send money to the receiver who has also registered for and maintained "JETCO Pay" Service, with the receiver's Hong Kong mobile phone number required.
  • For those not having registered for "JETCO Pay" Service but have a valid Hong Kong Dollar bank account opened in Hong Kong, a SMS notification will be sent to them informing them to register for "JETCO Pay" Service in order to collect money sent by you through this App.
2. Is money directly deposited in the bank account of the receiver for this transaction?

When you see the masked account name and amount of money to be sent of the receiver, money will be directly deposited in the bank account of the receiver for this transaction. Otherwise the receiver needs to confirm money collection for this transaction.

3. Can I cancel the instruction of send money?

Any instruction once accepted and processed by the Bank shall not be cancelled, amended, supplemented or revoked by the customer.

4. If I have more than one Bank JETCO Pay Apps, how can I change account for collecting money / receiving payment requests between different apps?
  • Disable the functions of collecting money / receiving payment requests in Home Screen or "My Account" of the app which you are currently using.
  • ii) Login the desired App to collect money / receive payment requests, you can enable "Collect Money" / "Receive Payment Request" in Home screen or "My Account"
To Collect Money
1. How do I collect money?

For Chong Hing Bank customer, you can download "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" App to collect money. If you are not Chong Hing Bank customer, you can download "JETCO Pay P2P Collect" app to collect money. Search "JETCO" in App Store or Google Play.

2. How to know the Collect Money is successful processed?
Under "Collect / P2P History" you will be able to:
  • See history and current P2P transaction status in separate tabs of "Money in" and "Money out".
  • Tap on any transactions with status "Ready for collection" under "Money in" to complete collection processes.
  • Transactions with "Money Request" icon mean money from paying requests.
  • For detailed definition of each transaction status, check out "General Usage Tips" under "Information" in side menu.
3. What is Sender Code?

The sender has an option to send money to you with a sender code for purpose of your verification of the sender's payment instruction. This code will be sent to you through SMS notification, WhatsApp, email, by mobile phone or devices, or other method made by the sender.

"Request Money"
1. What is "Request Money"?
  • "Request Money" is a feature where you can create a request for payment to the person(s) you want to receive money from (the "payer").
  • You can add your designated payer, the amount you request and a subject using the function "Send Money Request". A mere money request made to the payer does not constitute a payment.
  • The contact person with "JETCO Pay" logo indicates that they have registered JETCO Pay service.
2. Does the money request past due?

Once a request has been made, your designated payer will receive a notification of such payment request, and such request will expire after 14 days. You can create a request again if the original request has expired. You will receive notification when your payer has made a payment in response to the request.

3. How to know the Collect Money is successful processed?

You will be notified when the receiver collected the money. You can also view the status of your P2P transactions under "Collect / P2P History" → "Money out".

Merchant payment
1. How do I perform Merchant payment?

Through the App, you may pay merchants that accept JETCO Pay via Online payment, in-app payment or Offline payment at retail merchants through QR Code.

2. Why do I see Chong Hing Bank launched "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Service with merchant payment features, while no relevant information can be found in the JETCO Pay product site (jetcopay.com.hk)?

JETCO Pay will be rolling out new feature to offer you paying different merchants. Please stay tuned for the latest news from the JETCO Pay product site.

3. Can I pay merchants via JETCO Payat this moment? / Which merchants accept JETCO Pay at this moment?

Merchants will start accepting JETCO Pay from January 2018 from time to time. Please stay tuned for the latest news from the JETCO Pay product site.

You can enable Touch ID for the below features:
  • Login
  • Enable / disable account for collecting money
  • Enable / disable account for paying requests
Customer Service and Support
1. If my mobile phone installed "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" is stolen or lost, what should I do?
  • You can apply through the "Chong Hing JETCO Pay > Report Loss of Mobile Phone" function at Internet Banking; Or
  • You should immediately report to the relevant association and call (852) 3768 6800 to suspend or terminate "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" service.
2. How do I suspend "Chong Hing JETCO Pay"?
  • You can apply through the "Chong Hing JETCO Pay > Terminate Service" function at Internet Banking; Or
  • You can suspend your Internet Banking Services through the Bank's 24-hour hotline: (852) 3768 6800. Upon successful validation of some basic identification, the service will be suspended immediately.
  • Please note that all transaction history will be deleted when "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Service is terminated.
3. Whom do I contact if I have questions in using "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" Services?

You can contact our Customer Services Hotline at (852) 3768 6888 during office hours, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Saturday), excluding Public holidays.

Keep your phone safe
  • Don't store your Mobile PIN, Internet / Mobile Banking username and password on your mobile handset.
  • Avoid using free Wi-Fi access point. Use trusted Wi-Fi networks or service providers.
  • Avoid sharing your mobile device with others. Use your own mobile device to register "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" service.
  • Don't leave your mobile device unattended after logon to this app.
  • Always quit the app when you are finished "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" service transactions with it.
  • Set up auto-lock and enable passcode lock.
  • Don't forward your One Time Password (OTP) and push notification to anyone.
Use only trusted device and apps
  • Install and update the latest anti-virus and anti-spyware software regularly on your mobile handsets.
  • Use default browsers originally provided by the mobile devices rather than newly installed browsers downloaded from other sources.
  • Don't use any jailbroken or rooted mobile device.
  • Install apps on your mobile handsets from official and updated sources where appropriate.
  • Download mobile apps from official app stores, and ensure the search wording is correct.
  • Wipe data on your old mobile phone before you donate, resell or recycle it.
Protecting your Internet Banking
  • Avoid accessing your internet banking with public computers and prevent shoulder surfing.
  • Never disclose your personal security details, eg. account number, PIN or security code to others.
  • Keep your PIN for accessing internet banking secure and confidential at all times.
  • Report any unusual transactions in your statement or observations (e.g., suspicious pop-up screens or abnormal internet banking login steps) immediately.
  • Memorise your PIN and do not write it down.
  • Select PINs that cannot easily be guessed by anyone.
  • Use different PINs for different services.
  • Stay vigilant social engineering techniques for obtaining your information such as internet banking username and passwords via fake or suspicious emails, websites and mobile banking app or impersonating the bank staff or the police.
  • Change your passwords regularly.
  • Update personal contact details on a timely basis.
  • Always connect to a bank website by typing the authentic website address into the browser or by bookmarking the genuine website for subsequent access.
  • Customers' security awareness when using mobile devices may be lower than when using personal computers.
  • Customers will not receive emails with embedded hyperlinks to the transactional websites or internet banking mobile apps.
  • To review and update your registered mobile phone number for your authorized internet banking.
  • Use and update anti-virus software regularly.

"Chong Hing JETCO Pay Service Summer Rewards” Terms and Conditions

1. The “Chong Hing JETCO Pay Service Summer Rewards” ("Promotion") launched by Chong Hing Bank Limited ("Bank") is subject to all the following terms and conditions.
2. The period of the Promotion is between 29 Jun 2018 and 30 Sep 2018, both days inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
3. The Promotion is available only to the customers ("Customers") with Personal Internet Banking Services Accounts (Single Authority) at the Bank.
4. The Customer with Personal Internet Banking Services Account (Single Authority) refers to holder of a personal banking account maintained with the Bank under a valid Identity Card / Passport and registered for the Bank's Personal Internet Banking Services.
5. Customer is required to activate the Bank's Online High Risk Transaction Setting and Receive SMS-Based One-Time Password before registering the Bank's "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" service.
6. Eligibility:

6.1 Reward 1


  • a. This Reward is available only to Eligible Customers who have never registered for the Bank's “Chong Hing JETCO Pay” service before the start date of the Promotion Period.
  • b. The first 5,000 Eligible Customers who have successfully registered "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" service within the Promotion Period will be entitled to HK$ 20 cash rebate (“Cash Rebate”).
  • c. Each Eligible Customers can only be entitled to this HK$20 Cash Rebate once in all circumstances within the promotion period.
  • 6.2 Reward 2


  • a. The first 1,500 Eligible Transactions which were successfully conducted by Customers with the use of "Chong Hing JETCO Pay" at any merchants within the Promotion Period will be entitled to HK$ 50 Cash Rebate.
  • b. Eligible Transaction is defines as a single transaction with a minimum amount of HK$50 or equivalent.
  • c. Each Customer can only be entitled to this reward with a maximum of 3 times in all circumstances within the promotion period, equivalent to a maximum HK$150 Cash Rebate.
  • 7. Within this Promotion, each Customer can be entitled to not more than HK$170 Cash Rebate in all circumstances.
    8. Cash Rebate Prize Notification (if applicable) will be sent to Customer via SMS on or before 30 Nov 2018. In order to remain eligible for such Prize, eligible Customers shall have to remain as the Bank's Chong Hing JETCO Pay service customer throughout the Promotion Period and Rebate Period. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Prize by other prizes with the equivalent Prize value without prior notice.
    9. The Cash Rebate Prize will be credited to the Customer's Chong Hing Bank account registered on Chong Hing JETCO Pay service on or before 30 Nov 2018 and the Customer’s account must be in operation and of good standing throughout the Promotion Period and Rebate Period.
    10. The photos of the Promotion and Prizes shown for the Promotion purpose are solely for reference only. The Bank is not the supplier of the Prizes. Any enquiry or complaint of the state, quality and conditions of the Prizes or the services provided relating thereto shall be directed to the relevant merchants, and the Bank shall have no liability or bear any responsibility in respect thereof. The Bank does not make and will not make any representation or warranty for the Prizes (including the services ancillary thereto).
    11. All online transaction date and time as recorded in the Bank's system shall be deemed as conclusive and final save for manifest error.
    12. The Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash and are sought to the supplier's terms and conditions.
    13. All directors and staff of the Bank, the Bank's corporate card holders are not eligible for the Promotion.
    14. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance does not apply to the Promotion and these terms and conditions.
    15. The Bank reserves the right to amend, vary, supplement, terminate or suspend any of all these terms and conditions at any time without notice at its sole discretion. In case of dispute, the construction of these terms and conditions, as well as the decision by the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
    16. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
    17. If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy.
