- Monthly interest rate of 0.17% is only applicable to successful applicants for approved loan amount of HK$100,000 or above. Customers should provide documents appropriate for Chong Hing Bank Limited ("the Bank") to prove the loan purpose.

- The above annualized percentage rates and monthly repayment include a non-refundable handling fee (1.5%p.a. flat for tenor of 18 months or below; 2%p.a. flat for tenor of over 18 months). The annualized interest rate is calculated according to the formula suggested by the Hong Kong Association of Banks and round to the nearest two decimal places.
