Notice of revision to Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM and Telephone Banking Bill Payment Daily Limit
To improve customer service, with effect from 14 December 2017 (“Effective Date”), the daily maximum limit of HK$99,999 per account shared amongst Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM and Telephone Banking for Bill Payment Services will be changed to 2 separate limits as follows:
- The daily maximum limit of HK$99,999 per account shared amongst Internet Banking and Mobile Banking for Bill Payment Services; and
- The daily maximum limit of HK$99,999 per account shared amongst ATM and Telephone Banking for Bill Payment Services
If any of the said adjustments is not acceptable to you, we may not be able to continue providing Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM and Telephone Banking Services to you. In this regard, please notify the Bank to close and terminate all the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM and Telephone Banking Services provided to you before the Effective Date.
