Vice President, Business Development (Project Management)


  • Drive and launch new business / customer segment / value propositions on an end-to-end basis, including working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Customer Services, etc)
  • Build personal loan business model by collaborating with credit, sales channels, IT and operation to facilitate appropriate credit policy, sales target, incentive plan and process flow in order to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
  • Formulate strategies and plan to deliver the financial KPI of the new business / customer segment / value propositions to achieve the business target
  • Involve project management and strategic business development projects of Personal Banking Division
  • Develop and maintain appropriate controls and risk management to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory obligations


  • University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years' sales experience in banking or finance institution, preferably in lending products business with digitalization exposure and project management (with knowledge on unsecured lending and SME Banking products is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge in unsecured loan products
  • Knowledge on latest development and trend of open API policy, payment and e-commerce will be advantageous
  • Able to articulate business ideas and experienced in business negotiation
  • Good market sense and communication skill
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
