Chong Hing Bank has implemented the Open Application Programming Interface (API) to provide customers with access to the latest services, product information and promotion offers of the Bank, such as deposit, loans, investment, insurance and other general banking services, through the websites and applications of the third-party service providers (TSPs) or fintech firms. Customers can now enjoy faster and more convenient services.

Register and become Chong Hing Bank’s partner (for TSPs or fintech firms)
TSPs or fintech firms can register developer accounts through the APIX platform for free to test their applications in sandbox. APIX is an open API exchange platform wholly owned by Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited (JETCO). Please visit JETCO APIX website www.apix.com.hk for details.
Security Tips for using Open API
Chong Hing Bank is cooperating with TSPs and fintech firms. You can view the services provided by the Bank and all TSPs or fintech firms currently co-operating with us in the partnership list on the Bank’s website. Customers are highly recommended to check and verify whether the TSPs or fintech firms are listed on our authorised service providers list before using the products or services provided by the TSPs or fintech firms.
Any other third-party company/platform that is not on the list is not in official partnership with Chong Hing Bank. To safeguard your personal information, please do not disclose any of your personal information and bank account details (including your Internet Banking login ID, password, and any one-time password) to them.
Even if you are on the platform of the Bank’s partners (including websites or applications), please pay attention to whether their platform requirements conform to the types of permission that the Bank opens to their platforms. Disclosing your account information may expose you to different risks in the event of a problem such as unauthorised transactions and security data breaches.

If you have disclosed any of your personal information and bank account details to unauthorised third-party platforms, or if you have any doubts or enquiries about the third-party platforms, please call the Bank’s Customer Services Hotline at (852) 3768 6888 as soon as possible (service hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm). If you suspect that you have fallen victim to any online frauds, please report to the police immediately!
