1. What browser do I need to use the Internet Banking Services?
A:
  • You are recommended to upgrade your browser to the latest version, or you can also access Internet Banking Services with Chrome 95 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Safari 15 or above and JavaScript, TLS1.2 and cookies must be enabled.

2. How do I enable Java, JavaScript and TLS1.2? (Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or above)
A:
Please follow the steps below to enable Java and JavaScript:
  • Select "Tools" from the Menu Bar and choose "Internet Options"
  • Select "Security" tab
  • Select "Internet"
  • Access "Security level for this zone" section and select "Medium"
  • Click "OK" to confirm
Please follow the steps to enable the TLS from the browser:
  • Select "Tools" from the Menu bar and choose "Internet Options"
  • Select "Advanced" tab
  • Tick the "Use TLS 1.2" checkbox
  • Click "OK" to confirm
  • Restart the Internet Explorer
3. If my Internet connection were cut off after my transaction confirmation, how would I know whether the transaction has been processed?
A:
You can logon to Internet Banking Services again and enquire the transaction status under "Internet Banking Transaction Enquiry".

What should I do if I do not get a response after clicking a hyperlink, a button or an icon?
A:
The speed of Internet access is affected by factors like heavy Internet traffic, speed of modem and telephone lines, and server workload etc. If you encounter slow response, please wait for a while, or you can logout from your current session and try again later.
