Getting Start with Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking Services

 

1. How do I access it?
A:
Upon successful application, a unique Customer Reference Number and corresponding password will be given to you separately. Once you receive them, you can access and logon to Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking Services with just a few simple steps:
  • Visit the Bank's website at www.chbank.com
  • Click "i-Banking - Logon" button
  • Input your 9 or 10-digit Customer Reference Number (which can be found on the welcome letter)
  • Input your 6-digit password (which is sent to your correspondence address within 4 working days on receipt of your application)
  • Click "Submit" button
2. Can I change the Customer Reference Number?
A:

No. Your Customer Reference Number cannot be changed. However, you are allowed to personalize a Logon Name after logon to Internet Banking Services.

3. Can I change the password?
A:

Yes. You are reminded to change your 6-digit numeric password upon your first logon to the Internet Banking services. The new password should also be composed of 8-12 alphanumeric characters and will be immediately effective upon confirmation.

4. How do I personalize a Logon Name?
A:

You can personalize a Logon Name after logon to Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking Services. The Logon Name must be an 8 - 16 alphanumeric characters, include at least 1 alphabet and in lower case.

Your chosen Logon Name would be rejected if it violates the rules in setting up or it is no longer available.

Please note that the Logon Name cannot be changed once created and confirmed.
