1. How do I send message to the Bank?

You can send message to the Bank by clicking on the "Message to Bank" icon at the top right corner of the screen. Please fill in your email address, contact number and message. Our Customer Service Officer will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Whom do I contact if I have questions in using Internet Banking Services?
A:
You can contact our Customer Services Hotline at (852) 3768 6888 during office hours, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Saturday), excluding Public holidays.
