"3,800,000 Bonus Points Lucky Draw" Terms and Conditions:
- The program will be held from 15 March to 31 May 2010 (counted by transaction date).
- The prizes of this program include: Grand Prize – 2,000,000 "Point-to-Gift" bonus points (1 winner); Second Prize – 900,000 "Point-to-Gift" bonus points (2 winners) and other prize – KEGIBO Nano Air Disinfector (58 winners). If the winners´ Chong Hing Credit Cards / Co-branded Credit Cards are under the "Cash Rebate" Spending Reward Scheme, the grand prize and the second prize will be HK$10,000 cash rebate and HK$4,500 cash rebate respectively and which will be credited to the principal cardholders´ Chong Hing Credit Card / Co-branded Credit Card accounts . Cash rebate prize is only applicable to credit card retail spending and cannot offset credit card outstanding payment.
- Cardholders must make retail spending or cash advance with their Chong Hing Credit Cards / Co-branded Credit Cards within the specified promotional period in order to participate into the program. To be eligible to draw chances, each transaction (retail spending / cash advance) must be HK$200 or above and does not include tax payments, casino transactions, Chong Hing Bank online bill payments, all installment payments, "Call-A-Loan" program, credit card annual fees, interest / finance / service charges, late payment charges, falsified / cancelled / indemnified / refunded transactions, donations and other transactions designated by the Bank from time to time. For single retail transaction of every HK$200, cardholder will be entitled to 1 draw chance; for single cash advance of every HK$200, cardholder will be entitled to 2 draw chances.
- To participate in this program, cardholder must at least pay the minimum payment specified in April statement before payment due date. If cardholder does not make full payment as specified in April statement and interest charge is generated and posted to May statement, cardholder will be entitled to an extra of 20 draw chances (Only one time of extra draw chances to be given to each customer). According to the Net Present Value (NPV) Method, the annual interest rates of unsettled balances for retail transaction and cash advance are: annual interest rate of unsettled retail transaction for MAN and :pearl MasterCard is 19.8% (Annualized Percentage Rate (APR) is 21.7%); annual interest rate of cash advance is 19.8% (APR is 22.98%). Other Chong Hing Credit Cards' annual interest rate of unsettled balance for retail transaction is 30% (APR for VISA and MasterCard is 34.49%); annual interest rate of cash advance is 30% (APR for VISA Card is 36.79%; APR for MasterCard is 35.89%).
- Handling charge for cash advance is 3% of cash advance amount plus a HK$20 (Minimum charge of HK$55).
- Transactions of principal and supplementary cards will be combined for this program.
- All rewards are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
- Cardholder will only be entitled to a maximum of 1 prize for this program.
- Lucky draw will be performed by Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") computer system and results will be announced in the Bank's website (www.chbank.com) in mid of July 2010. Gift redemption letters will be sent to all winners separately.
- To be fair and equitable, the whole process of this lucky draw is under the supervision of the Bank's Internal Audit Department.
- Cardholder's credit card account must be valid and in good standing during the promotion and redemption period.
- All directors of the Bank, corporate card and Chong Hing Gift Card holders are not eligible to participate in this program.
- The Bank accepts no liability for the supply or quality of the goods and services provided by the merchants involved in this program.
- The Bank reserves the right to the change of the above prizes and offers without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
