Introduction to "Chong Hing Card" Services
"Chong Hing Card" is available for application by individuals having a Current Account or Savings Account with Chong Hing Bank Limited and having attained the age of 16.
"Chong Hing Card" can operate on two accounts to perform various banking services conveniently.
"Chong Hing Card" holder can perform the following transactions in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Macau, Zhuhai and Shenzhen by accessing any Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) marked with 
or 
in Hong Kong Dollar.
- Cash Withdrawal
- Fund Transfer
- Enquiry of Account Balance
- Application for Cheque Book
- Application for Bank Statement
- Change of Personal Identity Number (PIN)
- Bill Payment
Note: Service charge will be imposed for cash withdrawal outside Hong Kong.
You can use your Chong Hing Card at any automatic teller machine displayed with or to settle taxes, rates and the bills issued by the participating utility companies and merchants. You may also make your generous donation to "The Community Chest of Hong Kong" through this service as well. Transaction slip is available to give you a record of each transaction.
"Chong Hing Card" holder can use the direct debit facilities for payment of public utilities bills, taxes and rates and purchases of goods. |
