As coordinated by the Hong Kong Association of Banks, the Bank has appointed an independent research agency, “The University of Hong Kong”, to conduct a survey on the current investment selling process. The survey will start from the end of May and last for four weeks. Customers may be invited for short telephone interviews. We would appreciate for your kind co-operation and support.
