Notice to Customer on Change of Fixed Deposit Minimum Deposit Amount

With effect from 1 January 2010, the minimum deposit amount of newly placed Hong Kong Dollars and Renminbi Fixed Deposit will be revised as follows:

Besides, in accordance with the above revision, with effect from 1 January 2010, we will stop renewal of Fixed Deposit with deposit amount lower than the above “Minimum Deposit Amount”. Customers should visit their domicile branch of their Fixed Deposit in person to handle the related deposit as soon as possible.
