Notice of Amendment to Service Charges

With effect from 15 March 2005, the interest rate charged for Unauthorized Overdraft of Current Account (HK$ & US$) as stated in our Bank Service Charges will be revised from 6% p.a. above our Bank's prime rate to 10% p.a. above our Bank's prime rate. The handling charge of HK$100 per time remains unchanged.
